Liz Gill Neilson is a designer, creative director, and visual artist based in Portland, Oregon.
A co-founder of The Beauty Shop, a Portland-based brand and interactive design agency dedicated to creating understanding and clarifying purpose, Liz is a multi-skilled creative with backgrounds in printmaking and painting, and product design, with degrees from Columbia University in NYC (Visual Arts) and Pacific Northwest College of Art (Communication Design).
Liz is also a co-founder of Natural Resonance, an organization of artists deepening connection with the natural world founded upon an annual virtual festival of music, art, poetry, film, and performance, now in its fourth year. She has served on the advisory boards of VISIBLE, a project of The Beauty Shop that promotes access to design services to underserved groups, and OK You, a non-profit seeking to change the story of anxiety for kids and families.
