Michael Goesele is the Creative Director of the Washingtonian Magazine, and has broad experience in magazine and book design. Because Michael's world is in print, the challenge here was to portray his fantastic work in a way that honored the three dimensional printed object as much as possible. For his branding, we wanted to create something timeless, with enough character and class to represent him, but be transparent enough, stylistically, to allow the highly variable brands represented in his work to be the main focus.
