BLKFISK is a small surf lifestyle company with big ideals. Currently focusing on jewelry, beach goods, and clothing, owner Kevyn Murphy visualizes a future where BLKFISK becomes the central identity of an artistic community of engaged, restless, oceanic collaborators.

One of the inspirations behind this work was owner Kevyn Murphy's fascination with the colorful, blocky lexicon of nautical flags. The aha moment of this project was when we realized that the flag that symbolizes the letter "B" is also used to indicate "Dangerous Cargo" (awesome!) and is referenced in the forked flag shape you'll see in the brand marks.
